Our entry into Dubai has been very promising. We’ve created our niche in the rescue of “distressed projects”. In short, we turn frustrations into golden opportunities.

We began with Dubai Star. By the 4th quarter of 2015, we will have turned over Dubai Star to delighted investors. It’s very rewarding to rescue investors who thought they had lost all hope. Not only do we become instrumental in reviving people’s trust to developers, we also help Dubai re-establish its image as a safe investment hub.

The Preatoni Tower JTL is ready and will be delivered within 2018.

We have more projects and investors to rescue; we have more dreams to build. Along the way, we also plan to embark on innovative and pioneering projects in fully established investment areas in Dubai such as Dubai Marina, JLT, The PALM, Downtown, Business bay and Meydan.
