Who is a Lord of Papers?

A lord of papers is a member of the House of Lords. These members are entitled to a single copy of all papers presented in the House of Commons, and they can also order working papers from the House. They may also send these working papers to their own home. These papers can include parliamentary papers and government publications.

Lord Paper was born in Ghana and first came to prominence in the music industry in 2010. His debut single, Awurama, was a controversial single and was widely criticized for its racy content. There is little information about Lord Paper’s religious beliefs or political views, but his unique style has earned him a large following all over the world.
